this:”Vietnam Television Technology Investment and
Development Company (VTC) is the leading and sole state-owned
enterprise under Vietnam Television”. Actually VTC had been brought
to Ministry of Post and Telematics since early 2005. Competition
between Vietnam Television and VTC was heating up in World Cup 2006
summer. How Nokia manage its communications?
